Our estimates are always accompanied by Detailed Technical Card with sketch and photograph by the model (if available).
Sample
To carry out samples of 1 or 2 products, we need approximately 1 week. For the collections, a detailed planning is sent to you under 48h to 72h. The patterns and the samples are carried out under the control of our Pattern Master.

Reviewing the detailed Technical Card and after opening of the L/C, in favor of the factories, we establish Order Card for the production, and address to our customers an estimated planning of production, set up with the partners factory.
After launching of the production, we address all the 48h, a detailed Production Report.
It is not possible to guarantee that no problem will come to disturb the production: That it is for reasons directly related to the production, for example a problem of dyeing (color, GSM or shrinkage non in conformity) or because of external events, as the catastrophic floods that we underwent in August 2004, obliging the closing of the factories during about fifteen days).
But whatever the encountered problems, we will inform you in real time, with the solutions taken and the sending of an updated planning.
